Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. empire88 will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Accurate Account Information
All information provided during registration and throughout the withdrawal process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the empire88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local internet banking options such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go, and FPX. The platform does not accept foreign currency or international payment methods as direct deposits.
Deposit
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. empire88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or technical issues beyond our control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account held in the registered user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. empire88 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the selected method.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the empire88 platform:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform or manipulate game outcomes;
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or promotions;
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that go against the intended purpose of those promotions;

- Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the platform or interfering with system operations.
Limitation of Liability
Empire88 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions.
The empire88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform remains available at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

Empire88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document. This includes but is not limited to fraud, hacking, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and money laundering activities.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all necessary security checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and platform elements of empire88 are our exclusive property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, sell, or modify any part of the platform without written permission from empire88.
